Phase 1 Pre-Design Process

Preliminary Survey

Providing free on-site survey & measurement, collect information regarding Clients’s requirements on design, image, space planning.

Budget Estimation

Submit free preliminary quotation according to clients’ budget, offer suggestions for optional items.

Design Development

According to customer requirements and designer idea to formulate the initial graphic design, showing layout plan, furniture arrangements, space and partitions set-up

Phase 2 Design Development

Design Finalize

Thoroughly discuss layout & construction drawings with Clients, revise related drawings to final stage, and explain range of materials within budget.

Final Quotation

Submit quotation to client, discuss and revise for changes.

Phase 3 Construction Documentation

Contract Confirmation

Confirming the construction period, indicating the method of payment, sign up project contract & all drawings, with specific project time schedule that is mutually agreed.

Materials Selection

Submit different color boards, materials & finishes palettes for Clients’ selection.  Provide colored perspectives to ensure Clients’ full understanding on overall design concepts

Phase 4 Project Construction

On-site Construction

Proceed the engineering by design, according to the contract as specified in a phased approach to fee payment and the qualified person monitoring the whole project process. Implement construction management, report project progress to Clients in timely manner

Project Completion

Clients inspect project site after completion, handover site to Clients in respect to the target completion date and collecting the balance due fees. Photos taking for record of both parties

After Service

Provide 1 year maintenance services and quality warranty.
